Here is the first time for me and my family traveling to Phi Phi. Ferry by Aonang Travel is the good choice for us. Staffs are friendly. They take some pictures for us. Coffee,tea, and water are available on the ferry. Good to go!!

Not sure why all the poor reviews...as someone who comes from a US state with ferry service this ferry experience was no different than what is to be expected. Was customer service fantastic and everything exactly on time? No...but it’s a freaking ferry service for Christ sake. I walked up, paid 700baht to get from Ao Nang to Phuket, ferry ran smoothly, docked maybe 15min later than scheduled (typical for ferry service), and was shuttled by van nearly an hr to Kata beach (which could’ve easily been a 500baht taxi ride just on its own). Ferry had A/C and clean toilets and also refreshments for sale. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this ferry again.
