• If you book within 3 hours before the departure time, please proceed to check-in at the SALADAN pier yourself...

• Travel time is dependent on the weather.

• Tickets are non refundable.

• Changing the travel date before the departure date is acceptable.
  
• Luggage weight is limited to 20 kilograms. If the weight of the luggage exceeds the limit set by the company, there will be an additional charge of 100 baht per bag.
• If you make a reservation after 10:00 pm., you will receive a confirmation email around 07:00 am. (according to Thai local time.)
