• Travel time is dependent on the weather.

• The tickets purchased cannot be refunded.

• Changing the travel date before the departure date is acceptable.

• Luggage weight is limited to 20 kilograms. If the weight of the luggage exceeds the limit set by the company, there will be an additional charge of 100 baht per bag.

• If you make a reservation after 10:00 pm., you will receive a confirmation email around 07:00 am. (according to Thai local time.)

• There is no transfer service upon arrival at Koh Lanta.
